A man with a deep cut to the head refuses to go to hospital for fear that he won't come out again. It's not often the paramedics treat a patient who runs off, but that's what happens when they're called to a suspected drug overdose. A homeless man is in agony with spasms in his back, and a 12-year-old girl with epilepsy has a seizure, but her mother still wants her to go to school
