At the same time in Birmingham, paramedic Ayaz Ali and technician Ashley Price treat a 12-year-old girl who has been injured in a car crash. In a police custody suite, paramedics Adi Ahmed and Mark McDonagh are looking after a man under arrest who the police suspect has taken a drug overdose
