Alex Polizzi turns referee to settle a problem between Donna, the manager of Redditch hotel The Blue Inn, and the owner, who monitors her every move on CCTV cameras from her office more than 400 miles away in Paris. Despite having 15 staff, Donna works 100 hours a week and insists on getting too hands-on, so Alex asks her to devise a plan to get more heads on beds before they cross the Channel to see the boss
