On the same shift in Coventry, two men collapse in a pub, leaving paramedics Neil Vann and Quoc Vo with a medical mystery to solve. In Birmingham, ambulance crew Lizzie and Beth treat an 84-year-old with speech difficulties who is having a suspected stroke. Plus, two crews are called to an elderly couple who are both ill with severe gastroenteritis
