Two years ago, George meets Armin and Amifa, whose dark and dingy 1920s house in Bellingham, south east London, was not just ugly - the DIY extension added by former owners had been condemned and the makeshift kitchen was an accident waiting to happen. Architect Carl Turner did what he could with the £80,000 budget, but in the end the upstairs was left unfinished. George now returns to see how Armin and Amifa have tackled the top floor
