Near the Normandy beaches, at Château de Montvason, Emma goes all out to faithfully restore the wartime decor, but Paul struggles to see her historical vision. Chateau shoppers Bart and Sarah continue hunting for their dream French home, visiting one place that brings Sarah to tears, though Bart is worried about the amount of work there is to do.
