Paramedics treat a 13-year-old girl who has diabetes and has collapsed at home experiencing a hypo. Treated on the same shift is a 51-year-old man who's also struggling to control his blood sugars. The paramedics suspect a condition called ketoacidosis, which is life threatening if not dealt with fast. A handstand gone wrong leaves a teenager in agony with a suspected fractured shoulder. A baby boy is struggling to breath and paramedics are called to a 24-year-old man who has autism and may have had a seizure
