Recording artist Darius Rucker goes undercover to find America's next great musical act. Darius first gained fame as lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of rock band Hootie & the Blowfish, selling over 16 million records and winning two Grammys. He then went on to have a successful solo career as a county music artist. Now Darius wants to find talented but undiscovered new music acts and help launch their careers, so dons a disguise to work at an open mic night, as a roadie and a busker in his efforts to locate fresh songwriting and performing talent
