The remaining bakers get to grips with chocolate in the semi finals, making chocolate tarts for their signature challenge, a chocolate souffle for the technical bake and chocolate centrepieces for the showstopper. As always, the contestants are tasked with producing something that looks and tastes good, before judges Mary and Paul cast a critical eye over their efforts.
