Delia uses all her guile to escape Sweeney's violence and must decide what to do next with Leah's help, wondering if going to the police will put her in more danger from him. She reluctantly talks to the local domestic violence unit, but Sweeney has fled by the time they return to her flat and she becomes frustrated with the police's dismissive attitude to his disturbing drawings of ex-girlfriend Melissa. When Sweeney is finally arrested but bailed for his attack on her, Delia finds herself once more at risk
