Mia has sold her house in west London, is taking early retirement and plans to move permanently to the countryside near Alicante in Spain. Her mum Valerie - who plans to visit Mia regularly - is helping with the house hunt. For her budget of £170,000, Mia wants to find a secluded property in the hills, but Valerie thinks she would be better off in a town with amenities. Laura Hamilton is tasked with helping them find the perfect property
