Thirty-one-year-old Alison is brought in after being kicked with such force by a horse that her leg was broken, while 12-year-old cyclist Harry is also treated for leg injuries, after being involved in a 10-bike pile-up at a velodrome. The staff at St George's also have to deal with 48-year-old Tony, who was riding pillion with his father when their motorbike was involved in a crash, leaving them both badly injured, with Tony having to be flown in to the hospital by emergency helicopter
