Chef Yotam Ottolenghi explores the island of Sardinia, beginning in the fishing port of Bosa where he prepares one of the Mediterranean's greatest meals - freshly caught lobster roasted on an open fire. He then travels inland to share a meal of spit-roasted lamb accompanied with a salad of figs and radicchio with three generations of shepherds. Finally, while on a mountain top at dawn, he learns the secret of producing silky soft cheese for a dessert of ricotta fritters drizzled with golden honey and orange zest
