James serves up proper biker food - pork burgers with a spicy apple sauce - and picks up some local Manx kippers to make soup. Lisa visits local organic juice producers before James joins TT legend John McGuinness as he and his team prepare for the race, treating the bikers to lamb chops with hispi cabbage and an olive glaze
