The third visit is to the family-run Dolphin Hotel in Exmouth, Devon, which has been a life's work for hotelier Jo Knowles. On arrival, Pat and Nigel find a suspicious stain, before the guests put on their war faces for a game of paintball. Jo takes everyone to a floating restaurant for dinner, and the next morning she presents a huge spread for breakfast - but her diners are suspicious that it has been laid on specially for the competition
