Twelve-year-old Brooke is rushed to St George's after suffering an asthma attack so severe that the paramedic team had to put her in an induced coma at the scene. Doctors are concerned that she may have dangerous amounts of fluid on her lungs and decide to take urgent chest X-rays. Howard, who's 76, arrives with burns to his face, hands and airways after trying to put out an explosion in his garden shed. As his worried wife waits for news in the relatives' room, doctors attempt to stabilise his condition and investigate the extent of his injuries
