Lowell Hawthorne, the President and CEO of Caribbean food producers Golden Krust, dons a disguise to go undercover among the workforce in his own company. Lowell has ambitious plans for expansion and takes the opportunity to work alongside a cashier, two chefs and a forklift operator to find out what state his business is in.
