Documentary following life inside one of Britain's busiest A&E departments at King's College Hospital in south London. It's Red Nose Day, but there's little to laugh about for 33-year-old Dilson, who is rushed in with knife wounds to his head and neck after being attacked outside a nightclub. Meanwhile, 79-year-old Doreen has broken her wrist in a fall at home, and parents Keeley and Michael are concerned by the fact their toddler Cydney hasn't urinated for two days
