Big Space is an indoor soft play centre in the Hertfordshire town of Harpenden run by Lester and Sue Adams. They set the business up from scratch and remortgaged their house and ploughed all their savings into it, but are struggling to cater to the needs of either the children who use it or their parents. Alex tries to get the couple to realise the importance of customer satisfaction, taking them to the training academy of a high-street fast-food chain and one of London's largest family restaurants
