The chef travels to Newbury Park in southern California to help Mexican restaurant Mama Rita's. The owner previously ran a successful catering company but has struggled to adapt her skills to meet the demands of a new business - and with a year's worth of food stored in the freezer Gordon realises he has a tough job ahead
