Alex Polizzi visits the Harrogate Motel in North Yorkshire, where the owners are deliberately not telling their guests that the establishment is situated in the middle of a muddy equine centre. Mother and son duo Jennifer and Drew Birtwistle are horse lovers first and hoteliers second, but despite providing five-star accommodation for horses, the bedrooms are leaving the guests far from happy. Alex steps in and demands the owners start being more upfront about what they are offering, and tries to turn the horse-loving hosts into hospitality pros
