Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Nilesh and Raakhee in Maidenhead to help them decide whether to love and renovate their home or list it for sale. The couple moved into their four-bedroom house two years ago but since their child was born a year ago, the small shut-off kitchen has become a big issue and Nilesh would like to be closer to family in Leicestershire but Raakhee believes that with a bit of love, care and fixing-up it could be their forever home
