Nine-year-old stray westie called Norman gets much attention from mother and son Lorraine and Oliver - upsetting youngster Cynthia, a Staffie cross. Meanwhile, enthusiastic setter-poodle pup Obi might just win the chance to bring the joy and chaos that Mike and his partner Tracey don't yet know they need in their lives
