An Interpol agent pursues a serial killer to Barcelona and thinks he has found his man when DNA evidence points to a soldier. However, he discovers the culprit is his suspect's identical twin, conceived through a fertility experiment. The soldier puts his own life on the line to help the detective catch his insane sibling.
