Celebrities undertake journeys on some of the most perilous routes in the world. In Alaska, Sue Perkins and Charley Boorman drive along the notorious Dalton Highway, a dirt track originally constructed in the 1970s as a supply road for the Trans-Alaska oil pipeline. The pair struggle to cope with the Arctic conditions and constant threat of avalanches, but receive help from experienced truckers who teach them some unwritten rules for surviving the road's many hazards
