The B&B owners visit Wortwell Hall Barn in Norfolk, run by husband-and-wife duo Clive and Jenny Aylett, but when the pair's rivals arrive, Pauline Cox and Claire Smith have difficulty locating their favourite appliance. Publicans Mike Pearce and Tash Thorne are astonished to discover they cannot lock their room's door. In the morning, some of the guest make awkward requests to change their breakfast orders, causing professional chef Clive to experience a meltdown in the kitchen that leads to a fundamental error
