Italy v Ireland (Kick-off 2.15pm). Jill Douglas presents all the action from the first match in the final round of fixtures, held at Stadio Olimpico in Rome. Ireland have not lost to the Azzurri since 2013 and, although Italy have improved in recent years, it would be a major upset if there wasn't another Irish win. The visitors won their first three matches of the campaign, but a defeat at the hands of France means they go into this round of fixtures two points behind the French and one below England due to having fewer bonus points than those teams.
