As the Covid-19 pandemic grips the nation, cameras follow life at Heathrow, as depleted staff members fight to keep the airport going. Customer service team member Demi is on hand to offer help to all those who are allowed to travel in and out of the airport, and has his work cut out as he tries to track down a missing passenger. Elsewhere, staff adjust to the new safety measures put in place to stop the spread of the virus
