Letting agent Paul is called to a houseshare after fighting, cannabis use and partying drive one resident out of the property establishes the source of the problem is a young couple. Harrow housing agents Andrew and Jo find a suspected unlicensed multiple-occupancy house in gross disrepair. After tracking down the landlord, they have mercy and allow him to spend his £5,000 fine on fixing up the property, in the hope he will turn it into a nice family home. But will the he be as good as his word?
