After suffering a brain injury, the lone surviving thief of a botched bank heist is sprung from a high-security facility and given an experimental drug, which the authorities hope will rebuild his memory. However, he must also elude a detective and an FBI agent, as well as cope with the drug's side-effects in order to recover stolen cash.
