Derek Brockway undertakes a series of walks, and begins by firing the starting cannon at the Beaumaris Regatta on Anglesey. He then embarks on a 14-mile trek, initially taking him into the town's heavily fortified castle before heading onto the Welsh Coast Path. Derek visits the hamlet of Penmon, later heading to the photogenic Black Nose lighthouse with views over Puffin Island
