The case of 15-year-old Chioma Gray, who ran away to Mexico with adult lover Andrew Tafoya in December 2007. She was reunited with her family in 2011, and the following year Tafoya was convicted of her abduction. At the trial her mother Francine Black claimed she had been brainwashed, while Chioma requested her husband receive a reduced sentence to allow him to fulfil his dream to be a pastor
