A photo featuring a missing 19-year-old music student turns up in a charity shop donation bag on the anniversary of her disappearance 17 years earlier, prompting Sandra to suspect the work of a serial killer. However, as the team gets to work identifying and tracking down the other people in the picture, increasing pressure to hand over the investigation forces Sandra to consider her future, and she turns to a familiar face to help her make her decision.
