Willow weaver Des and stained-glass artist Emily try their hand at turning their hobbies into money-making businesses. Following an incident while teaching, Des had to take ill health retirement but found a second career in willow weaving. Mentor Eddie believes in Des' skills but thinks he would be better off channeling his efforts into helping his business grow. Emily's mentor Derek helps her to gain the confidence she needs to stop feeling like an imposter and take her business to its full potential
