Former British Army captain Ed Stafford invites dads and their children into his wilderness adventure school, helping struggling modern families by stripping them of all the distractions of the 21st century and putting them through some of the toughest outdoor experiences. Ed begins by challenging the dads to navigate their way through the jungle to find their children, their journey includes a leap of faith from a 25ft cliff into deep water. One dad's overconfidence comes back to bite him while another realises just how much he is capable of if it means being reunited with his son.
