Chef Gordon Ramsay embarks on a culinary journey across India to learn how to authentically prepare the signature dishes of the country. He begins his journey on an express train in the north, where he cooks for the passengers in the cramped pantry car. He then caters for a large wedding, before venturing into the jungle and scaling a 40ft tree in search of a local tribe's favourite delicacy
