The concluding part of the documentary hears from patients who are preparing to move out of the psychiatric hospital into medium secure units - the first step on the road to rejoining the community. Their route out is through Broadmoor's programme of medication and therapy, but they must demonstrate they are sufficiently recovered and no longer present a risk to the public
