Captain Mainwaring and the platoon welcome the first contingent of American troops to Walmington-on-Sea. All goes well initially, but when the visiting soldiers are told to make themselves at home, they show a little too much interest in the Home Guard's girlfriends, putting Anglo-US relations under strain.
