It's the end of August and one of the few times of year that the tide is at its highest. Peter MacQueen and Sèoras head straight to Argyll to make the most of it. He harvests apples to make a delicious treat with his Uncle Stuart and makes his own natural fridge out of old pots. He heads out on the boat with his cousin’s daughters for an afternoon making pancakes and ends his trip with a swim in the Clachan Sound to really appreciate the high tides
