The search is on for a new producer for Radio 1Xtra. Community radio presenter Mel, podcast creator Harry, and musician and music lover Marik are all looking for a chance to land their dream job in radio. However, this is a coveted role, and the challenges are tough. The candidates are charged with interviewing love doctor Paul C Brunson in front of their future boss, Faron, and Kenny Allstar.
