In the last heat of the competition, the first three chefs recreate Monica's dish of oeufs meurette, before the next three take on Marcus' drop scones and a suzette sauce. In the next round, the six chefs are given a chance to showcase their creativity and cooking style as they present a dish of their own design to the judges
