Mordecai and Rigby watch an old British horror movie Ello Gov'nor featuring an evil ghost taxi. Although it is a low-budget work of fiction, Rigby gains a fear of the evil taxi. / Mordecai and Rigby get in a fight over Margaret, and Mordecai sends them traveling through time by destroying all the clocks.
