Two teams from the daytime drama Doctors take part as Dex Lee, who plays GP practice manager Bear Sylvester, joins forces with Kia Pegg, who plays receptionist Scarlett Kiernan, against Sarah Moyle, who plays Valerie Pitman, and Dido Miles, aka Dr Emma Reid. With 60 minutes on the clock and two medical-themed challenges to fulfil, both teams race around an antiques fair at Southwell Racecourse, Nottinghamshire. They are assisted in their endeavours by experts Stephanie Connell and Gary Pe. Natasha Raskin Sharp hosts and also speaks to Dr Jenni Hunt from the Old Operating Theatre Museum in London
