Michael faces a big day, as for the first time in his career, he is responsible for manoeuvring a 35-tonne plane into the correct position for take-off. Security supervisor Conor finds himself in a sticky situation with a padlock, and there is a look behind the scenes at the baggage hall, where 9,500 items of luggage pass through every day. Baggage agent Johnny is responsible for reuniting each lost item with its owner
