For one team, a basic brand and rudimentary recipe fails to spice things up, while a forgotten item leaves half the other team in hot water. Aides Karren Brady and Tim Campbell monitor events on the ground, while later, back in the boardroom, Lord Sugar gets hot-headed and there's a shock in store for everyone
