Paramedics treat a man who has injured himself while wheeling a push bike home and is in agony. The paramedics are concerned he's broken his hip. A woman has fallen, is confused and can't get up. She hit her head on a radiator and now has a deep cut to the back of her head. A daughter discovers her mother has died suddenly at home and calls for help. As the death is unexpected not only does the daughter have to confront her grief, but is also faced with a raft of necessary bureaucracy. The paramedics help her navigate the implications of her situation
