After Nightbike reveals that he's afraid of loud noises, the Batwheels help him overcome his fear so he can stop The Penguin from strealing some valuable cargo. / Feeling insecure about his size after a game of Hide-And-Seek, Buff uses the shrink belt belonging to The Atom and accidentally shrinks himself down to the size of a mouse!
