Alex Polizzi turns her attention to the Eades' family bakery in Padstow, Cornwall, which is feeling the pinch during the winter months when the tourists and holiday-makers disappear. To make matters worse, mum Elaine makes all the decisions, to the frustration of children Greg and Luisa, who are both company directors. And when it becomes clear the family are unable to move forward due to constant arguments and recriminations, Alex has no choice but to rope in the help of her husband, who runs his own high-end bakery, to show the Eades how it's done
