The father-and-son duo tackle the Hebridean Cycle Way. In Eriskay, George hooks up with the local football team and has a kick-about in some wild weather on one of the most picturesque pitches in the world. Meanwhile, Larry joins a local landowner and his deerstalker in an effort to spot the magnificent deer who roam the region. After staying overnight at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle, the pair cycle up to Lewis and Harris, swinging into Stornoway to sample some local black pudding.
