She begins by visiting Paul Walker, who set up a micro-brewery in the heart of the Devon countryside, but has seen his finances spiral out of control and his family life begin to suffer. Alex shows him how to capitalise on the growing popularity of British real ale overseas, with a trip to Paris revealing interesting export opportunities for his products
